Publix Super Market at Tobesofkee Crossing

"I really want to give them zero stars. Today while visiting the store I decided to get a salad. There were 4 people ahead of me and only one employee making subs and salads. Mrs Suzy asked for help 4 different times. The customer ahead of me ask the manager at the customer service desk for her some help he told her 1 moment. That moment never came. Suzy kept asking the others in the deli and no one came to help. One lady finally came and started filling in the necessary condiments. I asked Abbie at the Customer Service desk to get her some help and she never did. The four stars are solely for Mrs Suzy she stick it out and helping the customers as much as she could. I was on my lunch break and was late returning to work because of their lack of care for their customers. Ty came in and started assisting Suzy after she asked him for his help. Suzy and Ty this shout out is for you but shouting out Suzy more because she stuck it out longer. Management and Customer Service needs to do better."

"I stopped at this location to get a Publix sub sandwich. I ordered the ultimate sub with bacon. The workers behind the counter were very attentive and very nice and kind. They made the sub perfectly and then put it in the little oven so it would heat up nice and warm. They put the toppings on generously!! It was a amazing lunch. The store inside was also very clean, and it appeared as though the deli where they make the sandwiches was newly remodeled. Everything was very clean and orderly."
